What a report is

A TitleClue report is a search of public records as of the date shown on it. It is not title insurance, an abstract certified under Florida law, an opinion of title or legal advice. Public records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and some sources cannot be read online; the report names the ones it missed. Check the documents behind any line before you rely on it, and use a title company or attorney for a purchase.

No warranty

The site and the reports are provided as they are, free of charge, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, TitleClue LLC is not liable for losses from using a report or the site, including a price paid at an auction.

Fair use

Use the site for your own research. Do not copy the site or its data in bulk, overload it with automated requests, or use it to harass anyone named in a public record.

Auction data

Sale dates, judgments and estimated values on the auction map come from fclosure.com and the county auction sites. Confirm the sale with the county before you bid.
