TitleClue LLC runs titleclue.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your email address, the property you ask about and any message you write.
• Basic request logs. IP address, browser and the pages requested, kept by our web server for security and to stop abuse.

We count page visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that runs on our own server and sets no cookies. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers. The auction map is provided by fclosure.com and loads from their site, under their privacy policy. Fonts load from Google Fonts.

How we use it

To run the title search you asked for, send you the report and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Requests and messages are kept for up to two years so we can answer questions about a report. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact form. We will confirm by email.

Public records

Reports are built from public records published by Florida counties, courts and agencies. If a public record about you is wrong, the agency that keeps it can correct it. We will update our report once the record changes.
